What is Puerto Jimenez known for?

Puerto Jimenez is known for being the ‘gateway’ to the Osa Peninsula. It serves as an outpost for travelers coming in and out of the region with its convenient domestic airport and amenities in town. It is the largest town on the Osa Peninsula with the Golfo Dulce on its left and the world-renowned Corcovado National Park on its right.
