Is La Fortuna Waterfall worth it?

Yes. This question is probably asked because the steep stair hike back up from the falls. It’s an in and out trail that simply requires more breaks on the the way back up. If you are mobile and in okay shape, the hike is worth it. The cascade plunges into a misty pool surrounded by lush rainforest and enormous mossy boulders – a truly incredible sight!
