Day 1
Arrive Hotel Arenal Manoa, Arenal Volcano
Upon your morning or early afternoon arrival in San Jose, meet your driver for a ground transfer of approximately 3 hours to the Arenal Volcano region.

Day 2
Pure Trek Canyoning Waterfall Rappelling
Embark on a thrilling trek through lush forest trails leading to some of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking waterfalls. Delve deep into the canyon using specialized techniques and mountaineering equipment. After a safety briefing, gear up for a short hike to the first waterfall, where your descent begins. Experience the adrenaline rush of five rappels—four along cascading waterfalls and one down a dry rock face—ranging from 20 to 50 meters. Each rappel promises an unforgettable adventure! Day 3
Rio Balsa Whitewater Rafting Class II-III
The Balsa River offers an exciting blend of Class II and III rapids, making it ideal for both novice and experienced paddlers. The first half features continuous Class III rapids interspersed with calm pools, while the second half transitions to gentler rapids, perfect for wildlife viewing. Day 4
Transfer to The Gilded Iguana Surf Hotel, Nosara
Today, take a 4-hour ground transfer to Nosara on the stunning Nicoya Peninsula.

Day 6
Free Day Nosara

Day 7

Today, meet your driver for a 2-hour ground transfer to Sardinal.
