This morning, explore the Club Rio Wildlife Sanctuary on a guided tour that offers an up-close look at Costa Rica’s remarkable wildlife and ongoing conservation efforts. For more than 15 years, the sanctuary has worked in support of Costa Rica’s Ministry of Environment, providing a haven for rescued animals that have been injured, confiscated from illegal captivity, or deemed unable to survive in the wild. The sanctuary strives to recreate natural habitats that encourage instinctive behaviors and support the animals’ well-being. Along the way, knowledgeable guides will introduce you to the sanctuary’s residents and share insights into the challenges facing Costa Rica’s wildlife, from habitat loss to human encroachment. ‘Pure Trek’ Canyoning & Waterfall Rappel

Venture into the rainforest for an exhilarating waterfall rappelling adventure through one of Costa Rica’s beautiful tropical canyons.
