Casa Fantastica is a 10-bedroom private luxury home located in a private residential neighborhood outside of Manuel Antonio National Park.
Within close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and rainforest, you can hear the calming sounds of the sea and wildlife. The small shops and restaurants of Manuel Antonio are not far as well as the recently built Pez Vela Marina in the coastal town of Quepos.
Amenities
The 12,000 square foot house has two wings and a total of 10 bedrooms spread out over four levels. Highlights of the Casa Fantastica include a large game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and darts. Additionally, there is a gym with two stationary bikes, weights, a universal machine, space for yoga, pilates, or personal training, and a massage table. There is a cinema comfortably seating 30 people with a large fridge and microwave.
Kitchen
The full-service kitchen has a six-burner stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, three sinks, granite countertops, a second fridge for drinks, and a 20-bottle wine chiller. From the kitchen, look out over the private pool and double-size grill to the rainforest and ocean beyond. Chef service is included for two meals a day with an additional cost for the food itself. Meal plans including food and beverages are available.
Private Pool
The private pool at Casa Fantastica is 18 meters long and 10 meters wide – one of the largest private home pools in Costa Rica! A shallow “beach” allows for easy entry to the pool. Deck chairs ring the perimeter of the pool. A whirlpool seating 20 flows into the pool. Relax and enjoy an incredible sunset view over Manuel Antonio National Park and offshore islands from the comfort of the private pool after an adventure-filled day!
Dining & Living Rooms
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls allow for coastal views throughout the dining room. A granite dining table seats 12. There are also two granite tables near the pool which can seat an additional 12 guests.
The two outdoor living rooms are some of the most popular gathering spaces in the house. Enjoy cool ocean breezes overlooking the pool and sea from comfortable shaded lounge chairs. The area features a flat-screen TV, stereo, and DVD player.

Casa Fantastic has 10 bedrooms which include three master suites, seven bedrooms, and 10 full and three half bathrooms.
Master Suites
Upper-Level Master Bedroom
There are three master suites: two on the lower level and one on the upper level. The master suite on the upper level has a king bed, vanity, large bar with mini kitchen, dressing area, and safe. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and beach from its large private balcony. The spa-style master bathroom is spectacular with a large rain showerhead. The first master suite on the lower level has a private balcony, pedestal king-size bed, wet bar, vanity, and a large bathroom with multiple showerheads. The second master suite on the lower level has a king-size bed, desk, sitting area, and a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub. All the master suite bedrooms have the finest 500-count cotton sheets, luxury bathrobes, and fragrant tropical soaps.

Upper-Level Bedroom
There are three bedrooms on the upper-level in the west wing with king beds, closets, marble, and limestone bathrooms with showers and Jacuzzis. They have shared outdoor ocean or jungle view terraces.
Middle and Lower-Level Luxury Bedrooms
Lower Level Bedroom
On the middle and lower levels of the west thing, there are four jungle-view rooms. About 10 feet above the ground, they are great for spotting toucans, monkeys, and other wildlife. Three bedrooms have king beds and the other has two twin beds and a day bed. The two beds can be combined into a king as needed. Each has its own bathroom with tiled showers, two even have waterfall sinks! All middle and lower-level luxury bedrooms feature high-quality linen and amenities.
