Located on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica just outside the town of Jaco, Los Suenos Resort & Marina condos and home rentals are a part of the Los Suenos Resort community. The rentals have the benefit of spacious, private residences with the services of a hotel. Accommodation options include one to three-bedroom villas and three to eight-bedroom private homes.
Los Suenos Resort Amenities
Guests of the Los Suenos Resort community have access to resort community amenities such as the 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, jogging trail, and marina. Guests are also entitled to the use of the Los Suenos Marriott hotel and its facilities such as several restaurants and bars, casino, entertainment center and full spa services. The hotel pool and fitness center are exclusive to Los Suenos Marriott hotel guests only, but each condo and private home has its own exclusive pool and gym. Colina Condominium features two swimming pools, one Jacuzzi, a barbecue space, gym, covered parking, and a 24-hour guarded gate. Del Mar Luxury Condominiums
Del Mar condominium floor plans include 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. These Mediterranean-style condos are located just off the Los Suenos Resort’s main entrance for easy access to neighboring attractions. The Del Mar community has three pools, bbq and picnic areas, a sun deck with palapas, a gym, covered parking, access to the golf course and Beach Club, and a 24-7 guarded gate entrance. Each condo is between 750 and 2200 square feet with a Spanish architectural design, and golf course and rainforest views. The Veranda condos are within walking distance to the Beach Club, Marina, and other Los Suenos Resort amenities. The 5,000 square foot house is located in the Vista Tres Bahias hillside neighborhood within the Los Suenos Resort community. Golf carts are not allowed at the house because of the steep hillside, but rental cars are available at a discounted rate. 24/7 taxis are available.
