Reminiscent of the luxury tent camps of Africa and Asia, Nayara Tented Camp, located outside Arenal Volcano National Park, is the newest luxury addition to the Nayara Resorts collection. As a member of the Nayara Resorts, it is under the same umbrella as the award-winning Nayara Gardens and Nayara Springs accommodations. One of the first luxury tent camps in Central America, Nayara Tented Camp merges with the surrounding forest for a high-end eco-experience.
Amenities
Nayara Tented Camp has a welcome tent, large family-friendly pool, swim-up bar, and a new gourmet restaurant with an expansive terrace overlooking the rainforest. At the foot of the resort, natural hot spring plunge pools are immersed in the dense rainforest for guests to enjoy.
Sloth Refuge
Nayara is dedicating a section of their property to a sloth refuge. They have planted over 1000 Guarumo trees in hopes of providing a refuge for them.
Luxury Tents
Nayara Tented Camp features 25 private luxury tents – 14 of which are mirror image tents linking together to create a two-bedroom unit to accommodate either two couples or a couple and four children. The 1700 square foot tents are air-conditioned and showcase spectacular views of Arenal Volcano from high up on the hillside.
Each luxury tent has a plunge pool fed with natural hot springs, a double head outdoor shower, a four-post canopy bed with botanical headboard mural, wooden floors, and a spacious bathroom with an oversized tub.
