The Phoenix Pool Bar is a swim-up bar in the thermal pools offering unique cocktails, fresh fruit smoothies, and delicious appetizers. Given the name of the resort itself, it should come as no surprise that a major highlight of this hotel is the pools fed by natural thermal hot springs. Though the pools are manmade, the water is sourced from the hot springs of the Arenal Volcano. The natural mineral water from the Volcano ranges in temperature from 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 degrees Celsius) to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (41 degrees Celsius), providing a relaxing and soothing experience. When you’re a guest at Paradise Hot Springs Thermal Resort, you will have free access to the pools for the duration of your stay.

Spa

With an emphasis on naturally sourced thermal mineral waters from the volcano, the full-service spa at the resort focuses on providing a full wellness experience to couple with the on-site pools. Many of the pools and jacuzzies have hydromassage jets and waterfalls, so take a dip and then follow it up with a spa treatment to maximize the benefits of the mineral hot spring water. Deluxe

The Deluxe category includes the Double Deluxe Room, Luxury Room, and Deluxe Suite. These accommodations are comfortable and cozy, providing all the conveniences you need to enjoy your stay. The Double Deluxe Room offers one king bed, the Luxury Room has two double beds, and the Deluxe Suite provides one king bed and a separate living space.

Luxury

The suites that make up the Luxury category are spacious and unique, each offering one king bed and separate living spaces to sprawl out and relax in the privacy of your own accommodation. This level of suites includes the Paradise Junior Suite, Paradise Luxury Suite, and Veranera Romantic Suite.

Signature

The Signature category at the resort includes the Jade Villa and Selva Villa. These romantic, multi-space villas offer gorgeous views, private living quarters, and luxurious amenities. The Jade Villa has its own private hot spring pool, and the Selva Villa has a large soaking tub.
