Transfer to Rancho Pacifico, Uvita

Today, meet your driver for transfer by ground about 20 minutes to the local airport in Arenal/La Fortuna. Check in for the short flight to Quepos (*note: some flights have a stop in San Jose). Early this morning, you’ll head down to Playa Uvita, where you and your fellow passengers will prepare to board a boat for the 1.5-hour journey to Corcovado National Park. Located south of Uvita on the remote Osa Peninsula, the park is known for its abundance of rainforest vegetation and wildlife. Along the way to the park, you might spot whales (when in season), dolphins, turtles, and manta rays. Spend the day hiking the coastal and inland trails in search of monkeys, sloths, coatis, and wild tapirs. Your guide will share the secrets of the rainforest as you observe your surroundings.
