Daily Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive Rio Celeste Hideaway (Tenorio)
Upon arrival in Liberia, meet your driver for transfer by ground approximately 2 hours to the Tenorio region, an inland location in the Guanacaste province.
Arrive at Hideaway Rio Celeste for overnight. The lodge is set amid the rainforest next to both Tenorio Volcano National Park and Rio Celeste. Relax in the chic forest-view casitas after a day of nature and adventuring.
Day 2
Tenorio National Park & Rio Celeste Hike
Explore the incredible biodiversity of Tenorio National Park, just minutes from Hideaway Río Celeste. The trails take you through rainforests, cloud forests, and tropical ecosystems, where you might encounter howler monkeys, toucans, sloths, and vibrant butterflies. The highlight is the breathtaking Río Celeste, with its striking turquoise waters, leading to the stunning Río Celeste waterfall. This 6-kilometer (3.7-mile) round-trip hike offers an unforgettable journey through one of Costa Rica’s natural wonders. Day 3
Nature & Wildlife Safari Float
Discover Costa Rica wildlife on a safari float down the Rio Frio. Look for monkeys, birds, caimans, crocodiles, lizards, sloths and more along the river banks. Relax and enjoy the serene energy of the river. Overnight Hideaway Rio Celeste.
Day 4
Transfer to The W at Reserva Conchal (Playa Conchal)
Today you will be met and driven approximately 2 1/2 hours to the W Resort at Reserva Conchal. Situated between Conchal Beach and mangroves, The W brings a vibrant spin on Costa Rican adventure with surf culture and local artwork playfully incorporated into its design. Enjoy incredible views, modern design, and all the benefits of the Reserva Conchal resort community.
Day 5
Conchal Beach Free Day
Enjoy the sandy shores of Conchal Beach, relax by the pool, book a round of golf, visit the spa, or do a little shopping in the Reserva Conchal resort community. Overnight The W Resort Costa Rica.
Day 6
Sunset Catamaran Sailing Tour
This afternoon, depart for a luxury catamaran from the Flamingo Marina area. The crew will set sail and navigate for approximately 5 miles to bring you some of the most beautiful and isolated beaches. Look for sea turtles, dolphins, whales (in season), pufferfish, and more. Drop anchor in a tranquil bay and snorkel while the chef prepares a delicious buffet dinner. Enjoy a cold tropical drink and take in a picturesque tropical sunset. Overnight The W Resort Costa Rica.
Day 7
Conchal Beach Free Day
Last day in Costa Rica! Book a tour or relax by the beach. Add restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tours, and other services with the help of the hotel concierge. Overnight The W Resort Costa Rica.
Day 8
Depart Liberia, Costa Rica
This morning, transfer by ground approximately 1 hour to the international airport in Liberia for your departure.

Holiday season supplements apply for Christmas, New Year’s, Presidents Day, and Easter travel dates. Green season specials and/or lower rates may apply for May to November travel dates.
All itineraries are land only and international airfare is quoted separately. Itinerary adjustments may be necessary depending on your international flight schedule. For example, a late arrival will usually require a night near the airport in San Jose.
