The sophisticated lunch and dinner menus are ingredient driven, with innovative takes on local and classic dishes and paired with a global wine list.  The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, for either guests or locals.  The property also features a world-class Jazz Club. The 50-seat jazz club in the heart of historic Panama city was conceived and curated in special creative partnership with world-renowned jazz pianist and UNESCO Artist for Peace Danilo Pérez.
