DAILY ITINERARY

Day 1
Dec 23: Arrive San Jose, Costa Rica
Upon arrival in San Jose, Costa Rica you will be met and transferred to Finca Rosa Blanca Hotel & Coffee Plantation. for overnight. This charming boutique hotel is well-known for its delicious cuisine, with many ingredients pulled right from the plantation, and its stunning views looking out over the Central Valley.
Day 2
Dec 24: Coffee Plantation Free Day
Book a coffee tour, plan a day excursion or unwind by the hillside swimming pool for stunning views of the Central Valley morning, afternoon and evening. Overnight Finca Rosa Blanca Hotel & Coffee Plantation.
Day 3
Dec 25: Transfer to Puerto Jimenez, Osa Peninsula
Today you will transfer to San Jose for a private domestic flight to Puerto Jimenez on the remote Osa Peninsula for overnight at Lapa Rios Ecolodge. Lapa Rios is a luxury ecolodge on a private nature reserve with bungalows situated on a lush, picturesque cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Gulfo Dulce.
Day 4
Dec 26: Osa Peninsula Free Day
The Osa Peninsula has long been celebrated for its lush tropical forests and intense biodiversity. A variety of on-site guided tours of the peninsula are included in your stay. Talk with the concierge when you arrive for the weekly activity schedule. Overnight Lapa Rios Ecolodge.
Day 5
Dec 27: Osa Peninsula Free Day
If you haven't booked tours with the lodge concierge, consider exploring the trails around the lodge or lookout for animals around the lodge from the wildlife observatory. Cool off in the afternoon with a refreshing dip at the pool or down by the beach. Overnight Lapa Rios Ecolodge.
Day 6
Dec 28: Transfer to Perez Zeledon, Southern Mountains
Today ground transfer to the Puerto Jimenez Airport for a private domestic flight to San Isidro where you will be transferred to Hacienda AltaGracia in the Pérez Zeledón Mountains for overnight. Each spacious estate-size luxury casita is built for privacy and comfort.
Day 7
Dec 29: Perez Zeledon Free Day
A variety of activities and indulgences are available directly on the property. Book a rejuvenating spa treatment, taste top-notch cuisine at any of the three restaurants, and delight in the exclusive equestrian experience. Overnight Hacienda AltaGracia.
Day 8
Dec 30: Perez Zeledon Free Day
Explore some of the highlights of the South Pacific region with a guided day tour excursion. Whale watching, birding, hiking, rafting, and ziplining are all available from the resort. Ask the concierge for a full list of experiences. Overnight Hacienda AltaGracia.
Day 9
Dec 31: Perez Zeledon Free Day
Your last day demands relaxation. If you haven't booked a spa treatment, relax by the pool! Overnight Hacienda AltaGracia.
Day 10
Jan 1: Depart San Jose, Costa Rica
Today ground transfer to the San Isidro airstrip for a short, private flight back to San Jose where you will connect to your international flight home.

Pricing is valid through the date listed for each itinerary (all pricing is subject to change until booked and confirmed). Holiday season supplements apply for Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, and Easter travel dates. Green season specials and/or lower rates may apply for May to November travel dates.

All itineraries are land only and international airfare is quoted separately. Itinerary adjustments may be necessary depending on your international flight schedule. For example a late arrival will usually require a night near the airport in San Jose.
